介绍了CF-V型多通道超声波探伤系统在SAWL钢管生产中的应用情况。重点阐述了该系统的主要功能特点和设备布置。该系统探伤准确度高,误报率低,且检测速度快,成本低,设计探伤速度可达30m/min,板端盲区最小为20mm,为钢板在线超声波检测提供了新的思路和方向。
Elaborated here is the application of the CF-V multi-channel ultrasonic detection system to pro- duction of the SAWL steel pipe, focusing on its main functional characteristics and equipment layout. The said UT system features high detection accuracy, low false drop rate, high testing speed, and high cost-effectiveness, a designed maximum detection speed of 30 m/min, and 20 mm minimum steel plate-end non-detected area, being a new design philosophy and the trend of steel plate on-line detection process.
