摘要
液压传动控制系统使液压缸实现自由进退动作,以便完成预想的"夹持"和"震撞"两个功能。"夹持"功能即让液压缸的活塞杆根据物件的尺寸、承受压力的能力等夹住物件,使物件不发生脱落或移位,以便对其进行固定或搬运;"震撞"功能即让液压缸的活塞杆快速、高压地完成进退动作,使其对物件产生一定的冲击力,发生形变或破碎。
The hydraulic control system for hydraulic cylinder to realize free forward and backward movements, to accomplish the desired two functions "clamping "and "shaking-hitting". "Clamping"function is to allow the pistonrod of the hydraulic cylinder to clamp the objects according to the size and the ability to withstand pressure, do not happen falling or displacement, to be fixed or moved;"shaking-hitting'function is to allow the piston rod of the hydraulic cylinder to complete the fast forward and backward movement in high pressure, to make the objects have the certain impact, to be deformed or broken.
