摘要
加强大学生素质教育是新世纪高等教育的重要任务。素质教育具有全面性、层次性、实践性 ,是一项系统工程 ,不仅需要学校教师、学生的共同参与 ,而且要在良好的教育教学计划指导下贯穿培养全过程。因此 ,学校要将其纳入学校的整体改革之中。
Strengthening quality education of college students is an important task for higher education in the 21st century. Quality education involves all-sided, step-by-step and practising characteristics. Therefore, it is a systematic project, which asks not only for the participation of both the faculty and the students in college but also, under the guidance of the comprehensive educating and teaching plan, a thorough implementation of it throughout the whole course of education. Hence, it should be valued and included in the whole reform of higher education.
