摘要
大黄为传统中药,在我国应用历史悠久,随着科技的进步和医学的发展,对大黄的有效成分、药理作用、临床应用的研究越来越广泛。大量基础和临床研究表明,大黄已逐步摆脱了传统单纯的"泻下"功效,成为一种具有广泛的、"多靶点"作用的、不良反应极低的药物。在临床,尤其是急诊医学领域得到了广泛应用并取得了显著进展。
Rhubarb as a traditional Chinese medicine,the application of which in China has a long history,with the progress of science and technology and the development of medical science,the effective component of rhubarb,pharmacological effects,clinical application is more and more extensive.Lots of basic and clinical studies have shown that rhubarb has gradually got rid of the traditional ＂purgation＂ drug position,becoming a＂multiple-target＂ medicine with broader function and extremely low adverse reactions.In clinical practice,especially the field of emergency medicine it has been widely applied and remarkable progress has been made.
