摘要
提出了"依托两极、三江、重要交通干线和三市、两区,建设五个基地、一个屏障、连接我国西南与西北的新兴经济带和成渝经济区北部增长极"的总体战略,以及"扶贫攻坚、两化互动、交通突破、流域经济、开放合作、文化重塑"等六个方面的重点任务和进一步加快嘉陵江流域开发建设,促进成渝经济区北部快速发展的目标定位。
This paper proposes an overall strategy as ＂relying on the two growth poles, three rivers, the major trunk lines, three cities and the two economic zones＂ ; and ＂setting up five bases, a barrier, and developing an Northern Chengdu - Chongqing Economic Growth Pole and a economic belts which connecting the China Southwest and the China Northwest＂. It also points out six basic tasks as ＂poverty alleviation, urbanization and industrialization, traffic restriction breakthrough, opening and cooperation, valley economics, cultural reform＂. In addition, it proposes a targeting goal of further developing Jialing River Basin to accelerate the rapid economic growing in northern Chengdu -Chongqing Economic Zone.
