摘要
本文介绍了欧盟洪水风险图的制作和管理情况,重点分析了英国和荷兰两国的研究进展,进而阐述了我国的研究现状,并从基础资料、研究内容和方法、管理机制、法律法规、应用范围等方面进行比较,提出了改进的思考,为进一步完善我国洪水风险图的制作和管理提供参考。
The flood risk mapping of European Union and the relevant management are introduced herein, and then the progres- ses of the corresponding researches in UK and Netherlands are emphatically analyzed. Furthermore, the status of the related study in China is described with the comparison between China and European Union made from the aspects such as fundamental data, study content and method, management mechanism, law and regulation, application area, etc. Thereafter, some considerations on the relevant improvement are put forward, so as to provide references for the further perfection of the flood risk mapping and its management in China.
