摘要
本文介绍了安全仪表系统（SIS）的基本概念、发展过程、功能与技术要求和设计原则。以焦炉煤气添加部份天然气制甲醇项目为例，说明了安全仪表系统在煤化工装置上的实际应用设计。
This paper introduces the basic concept, development process, functions and technical requirements as well as design principles of Safety Instrumented System （SIS）. The actual applied design of the safety instrumented system in coal chemical industry device is illustrated by taking the project of natural gas-to-methanol of the coke oven gas addition part as the example.
