摘要
数字地理空间框架是全球信息化发展的必然,地理空间信息服务平台是实践"数字城市"理念的一个重要部分。随着国民经济和社会信息化的高度发展使得地理信息的需求猛增,但是在信息综合服务和信息资源互通互联等方面不能有效地满足各专业部门及公众的多层次要求。本文结合湛江市信息化发展的实际情况,分析了其地理信息服务平台的建设与应用,阐述了平台建设的目标体系、总体框架、数据处理流程以及模块功能实现。
Digital geo - spatial framework is inevitable with the development of Global information. Geospatial infor- mation service platform is an important part in practicing the idea of digital City. With the development of national econo- my and social informatization, the demand of geographic information is increasing. But it can＇ t effectively meet the needs of the professional sector and the public multi - level requirements in the aspect of integrated information service and in- formation resource interconnection. This paper combined with the actual - situation of the development of informatization in Zhanjiang, analysed the construction and Application of geographic information service platform, and elaborated it＇ s target system, the overall framework, data processing flow chart and module function realization.
