摘要
目的探讨奈达铂(NDP)+氟尿嘧啶(5-Fu)方案治疗食管癌的护理体会。方法对27例中晚期食管癌患者实施化疗并采取相应的护理。结果完全缓解(CR)2例,部分缓解(PR)12例,稳定(SD)8例,进展(PD)5例。主要不良反应为恶心呕吐、骨髓抑制及肾功能损害。结论奈达铂联合氟尿嘧啶治疗中晚期食管癌配合相应的护理措施,可保证化疗疗程的顺利完成。
Objective To summarize the nedaplatin（NDP） ＋ fluorouracil（5-FU） regimen in the treatment of esophageal cancer nursing experience.Methods To take appropriate nursing of the 27 cases of advanced esophageal cancer patients with chemotherapy.Results CR 2 cases,PR 12 cases,SD 8 cases,PD 5 cases;main side effects were gastrointestinal role of bone marrow suppression and renal function impairment.Conclusions Nedaplatin plus fluorouracil for advanced esophageal carcinoma with the appropriate care measures can ensure the smooth completion of the chemotherapy.
