摘要
国内某高速线材厂自2004年试生产以来，每年都会出现精轧机辊环异常损耗的情况。对高速线材生产环节中辊环消耗的各类因素进行分析，提出一些防止辊环异常损耗的预防措施。
Since a high speed wire plant in China has been start up in 2004, the abnormal loss of roll ring always occur every year. The present paper analyzes all possible factors wearing of roll ring in process of product the high speed wire rod and put forward the precautionary measures against abnormal loss of the roll ring.
