上人屋面在多层住宅中常见,反梁是屋面防水的构造措施,但反梁高度和屋面保温层的不协调可能导致反梁失效,从而造成住宅渗水。
The man walking roof is very common in a multi-storey residential. The reversed beams are the structural measures of roofing waterproofing.But the mismatch between the height of the reversed beam and the roof insulation layer may lead to the failure of the reversed beam, and thus resulting in residential water seepage.
