摘要
随着城市人口的增加,楼房逐渐向高层建筑发展,为了保证高楼的安全、稳定,必须从基础选型做起,对高层建筑基础进行合理选型和优化设计。本文首先简单介绍了高层建筑的发展现状及基础选型的重要性,并分析高层建筑基础选型的影响因素,然后详细介绍了高层建筑各类基础选型适用条件分析的和合理选型的优化设计方案,最后进行高层建筑基础选型总结,综合探讨高层建筑基础合理选型原则的发展方向。
With the increase in the population of the city, the buildings gradually develope to high-rise buildings. In order to ensure the safety and the stability of tall buildings, we must make a reasonable selection and optimization of the design on the basis of the high-rise building, which starting fi＇om the basis of selection.This article first brielly introduces the development status of high-rise buildings and the importance of the undation selection.And then it analyzes the influencing factors of the basis for selection of high-rise buildings, and the applicable conditions of different types of foundation selection of the high-rise building , and the optimized design program for reasonable selection. At last it makes a conclusion of the high-rise building foundation selection and comprehensively explores the development direction of the reasonable principle of selection of the foundation of the high-rise building.
