摘要
全面提高党的建设科学化水平,必须要深刻领会"全面提高党的建设科学化水平"这一重要论断的内涵要求。科学化是指符合事物发展客观规律,用在党的建设上,就是指符合政党建设的基本规律,特别是符合中国共产党这样一个长期执政的党自身建设的客观规律。全面认识和自觉探索、运用马克思主义执政党建设规律是摆在全党面前的一项重大课题,具有极其重要的理论价值与现实意义。
To improve the scientific level of Party construct, we should grasp the essence of connotation requirements of the thesis, that is ＂comprehensively improve the scientific level of Party construction＂. To be scientific means to be in line with the development objective law, which refers to be in line with the basic principles of the ruling party＇s construction, especially objective laws of Chinese Communist Party with long-term ruling in the construction of the party. The comprehensive understanding and consciousness research is a major task placed before entire party to apply Marxism law of the ruling party construction which has important theory value and practical significance.
