多级A/O工艺的水力流态特性及快速启动研究 被引量:3

摘要 在清水条件下,运用示踪剂(NaCl)脉冲响应法对多级A/O工艺的水力流态特性进行了研究,并根据试验结果对反应器的结构进行改进,以提高各级与各段之间的过流流速,从而优化反应器流态。改进后的流态试验结果表明,当HRT分别为6、8、10 h时,反应器的停留时间分布接近理论停留时间,满足设计要求;串级模型参数N值为4.1~4.6,毕克列准数Pe值介于7.1~8.1之间,流态处于推流式和全混流的过渡状态,流态理想,死区率较小且随HRT的增加而略有增大。此外,通过污泥接种培养,历时13 d即实现了反应器的快速启动,所形成的污泥结构紧凑、沉降性能较好、微生物相丰富,出水COD可达到GB 18918—2002的一级A标准,并具有一定的脱氮除磷能力。 In clear water, the hydrodynamic characteristic of multistage A/O reactor was studied by the pulse response method using NaCl as the tracer. According to the experiment results, the original structure of the reactor was modified to ensure optimum flow pattern in the reactor. The results of flow pattern study after modifying the reactor showed when the HRT was 6 h, 8 h and 10 h, the residence time distribution of the reactor met the reactor design requirements. N value was between 4.1 and 4.6, Pe value was between 7.1 and 8.1, the flow pattern was between plug flow and completely mixed flow. The dead area was small and increased with HRT. In addition, the rapid start-up of the multistage A/O reac- tor was carried out by sludge inoculation for 13 d. The formed studge had a compact structure, an excel- lent settleability and an abundance of microbial populations. The effluent COD met the first class A crite- ria specified in Discharge Standard of Pollutants for Municipal Wastewater Treatment Plant ( GB 18918 - 2002) , and the reactor had a high capacity for nitrogen and phosphorus removal.
