摘要
目的 :为弥补珍贵中药材天然牛黄之奇缺 ,常用人工牛黄代之 ,应用粉末X衍射Fourier谱 ,分析建立人工牛黄的X衍射特征标记峰 ,并对其进行鉴定。方法 :应用粉末X衍射分析法对 4种人工牛黄样品及猪去氧胆酸、胆酸的X衍射Fourier谱进行分析计算。结果 :获得人工牛黄的X衍射特征标记峰与图形拓扑规律 ,并确证猪去氧胆酸、胆酸的存在。结论 :X衍射分析法是鉴定与识别中药复方制剂一种可行方法。
Objective:To analyze and establish X ray diffraction characteristic marked peaks of artificial calculus Bovis by Powder X ray diffraction Fourier pattern and identify them. Artifical Calculus Bovis is usually used to instead the natural Calculus Bovis to make up its scarce resource. Mothods: X ray diffraction Fourier patterns of 4 samples of artificial calculus Bovis, hyodeoxycholic acid and cholic acid were analyzed and calculated by Powder X ray diffraction analysis. Results:X ray diffraction characteristic marked peaks and graphic topology rule of artificial Calculus Bovis were obtained, and the existences of hyodeoxycholic acid and cholic acid were affirmed. Conclusions:X ray diffraction Fourier pattern analysis is a feasible method for the identification of Compound Chinese traditional medicine preparation.
