摘要
目的 :探讨胆源性重症胰腺炎治疗方法。方法 :对 1993～ 1998- 12我科手术治疗 2 8例胆源性重症胰腺炎临床资料进行分析、总结。结果 :2 8例全部行手术治疗 ,无一例死亡 ,部分病人术后出现并发症 ,治疗后痊愈。结论 :胆源性重症胰腺炎是一个综合性治疗 ,正确的手术时机。
Objective:To explore the proper operative treatment for severe acute pancreatitis(SAP) with biliary origin.Methods:Clinical data of 28 cases of SAP with biliary origin underwent surgical treatment since March 1993 to December 1998 were analyzed.Results:The total mortality was O.Complications were found in some cases,but were all cured after treatment.Conclusion:SAP with biliary origin needs comprehensive treatment.Choosing the right operation time,correct operative means and proper postoperative therapy are the keys to success.
