摘要
目的:探讨应用点状剥脱联合泡沫硬化剂治疗下肢静脉曲张的临床效果。方法:选择我科2010年10月～2012年10月120例下肢静脉曲张的患者,根据下肢静脉曲张严重程度,分别采用泡沫硬化剂多点注射曲张静脉或联合点状剥脱部分大隐静脉属支和点状结扎部分扩张大隐静脉主干的方法进行治疗。结果:120例病例中108例效果满意,4例经过再次注射后效果满意,8例注射后严重曲张静脉改善不明显,在经过点状剥脱手术后效果满意。同时病理结果显示泡沫硬化剂治疗栓塞效果良好,未出现炎性反应及其他组织不良反应。结论:国产聚桂醇泡沫硬化剂疗法联合点状剥脱治疗下肢静脉曲张的临床效果满意,是微创治疗下肢静脉曲张的新方法,有良好的经济效益和美腿效果。
Objective To explore the clinical effect of domestic lauromacrogol as a new foam sclerosing agent and ambulatory phlebectomy in the treatment of varicose veins of lower extremity. Methods The data of 120 patients with varicose veins who were treated with 1% lauromacrogol foam sclerosing agent inserted in the great saphenous vein （GSV） from october 2010 to october 2012 in our hospital, some patients was also treated by ambulatory phlebectomy. Results 108 patients were successfully treated by foam sclerotherapy. 4 patients were satisfied by injecting foam sclerotherapy again. 8 patients was satisfied by ambulatory phlebectomy after 3 months of treatment of foam sclerotherapy. No severe complication was reported. Conclusion Treatment of varicose veins of the lower limbs bylimited invaginated vein striping and ambulatory phlebectomy has the benefit of mini- invasion, fast recovery, and good curative effect.
