摘要
本文从管理运行效率的视角出发,利用中国工业企业数据库的大样本微观数据研究了中国制造业企业的效率问题,揭示了影响中国制造业企业管理效率因素。研究表明,所有制因素和地域因素是最重要的两个影响中国制造业企业管理效率的变量,市场结构因素也是影响管理效率的重要变量,这些结果表明合理的产权安排和市场竞争是提升中国制造业企业管理效率的重要途径。因此,未来的政策导向应促进国有企业进行股份制改革,并促进市场竞争来提高中国制造业企业的竞争能力。
This paper use China industrial enterprise database from the angle of management efficiency to study Chinese manufacturing enterprise efficiency, revealing the influence of Chinese manufacturing enterprise management efficiency factors. It shows that the ownership factors and regional factors are the two most important variables of Chinese manufacturing enterprise management efficiency, market structure factors is also the important variables that affect the management effieienc, these results show that reasonable arrangement of property rights and market competition is the important ways to promote China manufacturing industry enterprise management efficiency. Therefore, the future policy orientation should promote state-owned enterprise joint stock system reform, and promote the market competition to improve the competitive ability of Chinese enterprises of manufacturing industry.
