中西医结合治疗慢性肺源性心脏病心力衰竭43例疗效观察 被引量:8

摘要 目的:观察中西医结合治疗慢性肺源性心脏病合并心力衰竭的临床疗效。方法:将86例慢性肺源性心脏病合并心力衰竭患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,两组均给予抗感染、化痰、平喘、强心、利尿等综合治疗,治疗组在此基础上给予自拟益肺养心汤,每日1剂,7天为1个疗程,治疗2个疗程后观察疗效。结果:治疗组与对照组总有效率分别为93.0%和72.1%,两组总有效率比较,差异有显著性意义(P<0.05);在血液流变学指标上,治疗组治疗后指标与治疗前相比,均有显著性差异(P<0.05)。在血气分析指标上,治疗组与对照组治疗后PaO2与PaCO2相比,差异有显著性意义(P<0.05)。心功能参数比较,治疗组与对照组治疗后各指标相比,差异有显著性意义(P<0.05)。结论:中西医结合治疗慢性肺源性心脏病能有效改善呼吸功能,纠正心肺功能,降低血液粘稠度,疗效可靠,值得推广应用。 Objective: To analyze the clinical efficacy of combining traditional Chinese and western medicine on treatingchronic pulmonary heart disease with heart failure. Methods: 86cases of heart failure patients with chronic pulmonary heart dis- ease were randomly divided into treatment group and control group. They were given anti-inflammatory, expectorant, anti-asth- ma, strong heart, diuresis therapy. However, patients in treatment group were given added Yifei Decoction for nourishing heart on the basis of routine treatment. Results: The treatment group and the control group in the total efficiency was 93% and 72. 1%, the difference of total effective rate between the two groups was significant (P〈0. 05). Conclusion: Combination of tra- ditional Chinese and western medicine in treating chronic pulmonary heart disease can effectively improve respiratory function, correct heart and lung function, obtaining reliable curative effect. It is worthy of popularization and application.
