摘要
薄壁管无芯缩径挤压成形过程可分为四个阶段:刚性滑入阶段、自由弯曲阶段、缩径变形阶段、反弯曲阶段。文中论述了刚性滑入阶段、自由弯曲阶段、缩径变形阶段的变形特点和应力场;分析了反弯曲阶段的变形特点,建立了凹模出口圆弧过渡部分的反弯曲阶段的应力场数学模型;并综合考虑薄壁管无芯缩径成形时轴向压应力的影响因素,建立了一种薄壁管无芯缩径应力场的数学模型和缩径力的计算公式。
The forming process of no mandrel-sinking about thin-walled tube has been studied in the paper.The process of extrusion-sinking for thin-walled tubes can be divided into four stages: rigid sliding,free bending,sinking,back bending.And the mathematical model of stress field about extrusion-sinking for thin-walled tube with no mandrel has been set up by analysing the deformation characteristics of the four deforming areas.And the calculation formula of the sinking force has been established.The model and the formula can be applied for design and production.
