摘要
目的调查护士心理资本及创新行为现状,探讨心理资本对创新行为的影响,为提高护士创新行为的干预实施提供参考依据。方法采用一般资料调查表、心理资本问卷和创新行为量表对441名临床护士进行问卷调查。结果护士心理资本均分为(4.35±0.70)分,创新行为均分为(4.18±1.08)分,均属于中等水平。分层逐步多元回归结果提示,工作年限和心理资本中的自我效能、韧性、希望3个维度是创新行为的重要影响因素(P<0.01)。结论护理管理者应重视护士心理资本水平,采取相应措施促进护士创新行为的发展,以提高护理事业的发展。
Objective To investigate the level of psychological capital and innovative behaviors of nurses and explore the effects of psychological capital on innovation behaviors,so as to provide references for the improvement of the nurses'innovative behaviors. Methods A total of 441 clinical nurses were recruited and investigated with the general information questionnaire, Psychological Capital Questionnaire(PCQ) and Innovative Behavior Scale (IBS). Results The mean scores of psychological capital and innovative behaviors were (4.35 _+ 0.70 ) and (4.18 + I. 08 ) respectively, both at moderate levels. Analysis of multiple step- wise regression showed that the self - efficacy, toughness and hope of the psychological capital and working years of nurses were significant facto~ of their innova- tive behaviors ( P 〈 0.01 ). Conclusion Nursing managers should pay more attention to the level of nurses'psychological capital, and take appropriate measures to promote the development of their innovative behaviors and promote the development of nursing further.
