摘要
[目的]观察整颈三步九法治疗神经根型颈椎病的治疗效果。[方法 ]将72例神经根型颈椎病患者随机分成两组,治疗组用整颈三步九法治疗,对照组用牵引治疗,治疗6次后评定疗效。[结果]治疗组、对照组总有效率分别为94.44%、77.78%,治疗组与对照组间疗效比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组治疗前后疼痛积分,治疗前与治疗后组内比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),治疗后的组间比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);两组治疗前后颈部残障指数评分,治疗前与治疗后组内比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),治疗后组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。[结论]整颈三步九法治疗神经根型颈椎病安全有效,值得推广。
[Objective] To study therapeutic effects of ＂three steps and nine methods＂ for treatment of the cervical spondylotic radiculopathy.[Methods] 72 patients were randomly divided into two groups.The patients in the treatment group were treated with ＂three steps and nine methods＂,and the patients in the control group were treated with traction.[Results] The total effective rates were 94.44% and 77.78% in treatment group and control group respectively,the difference of clinical efficacy between the two groups was significant（P0.05）;the pain condition was significant between before and after treatment（P0.01）;the NDI score was significant between before and after treatment（P0.01）.[Conclusion] Treating cervical spondylotic radiculopathy by ＂three steps and nine methods＂ is safe,effective and feasible,worthy of promotion.
