载脂蛋白M

摘要 载脂蛋白M是载脂蛋白家族新成员,主要存在于高密度脂蛋白(high-density lipoprotein,HDL)中,其受孤儿核受体、细胞因子等多种调节因素所调节,并在高密度脂蛋白代谢中起着重要作用。载脂蛋白M与动脉粥样硬化、糖尿病等方面关系密切,引起了广泛的关注。 Apolipoprotein M is a new member of apolipoprotein,mainly in high-density lipoprotein(HDL).Apolipoprotein M plays an important role in high-density lipoprotein metabolism and regulated by many factors such as nuclear orphan receptor and cytokine.And apolipoprotein M cause wide public concern for its close relationship with anti-atherosclerosis and diabetes.
