摘要
目的 :初步探讨复发性口腔溃疡 (recurentoralulcer,ROU)与上消化道疾患在发病上有无关联。方法 :对青岛地区 1996年以来在我院口腔科就诊的ROU患者进行有无上消化道症状和病史的问卷调查 ,并对有上消化道症状者劝其进行胃镜检查 ;同时设立健康对照进行对照。结果 :12 36位ROU患者中 ,有不同程度的上消化道症状者 734例 (5 9.39% ) ,有胃炎病史者 76例 (6 .15 % ) ,有溃疡史者 41例 (3.32 % ) ,3例 (0 .0 2 % )为胃癌患者 ;734例有上消化道症状患者 46 5例接受胃镜检查 ,其中胃炎 32 1例 ,溃疡病 93例 ;统计结果有上消化道疾病患者共 5 34例 ,占ROU患者的 42 .96 % ,与对照组 10 .5 8%差异非常显著 (P <0 .0 1)。结论
Objective:To investigate the relationship between recurent oral ulcer(ROU)and diseases of upper disgestive tract.Methods:1236 patients with ROU and 983 healthy person were studied the upper disgestive tract diseases by questionnaire investigation at Navy 401 hospital from 1996to 1999,and asked them to have a examination by astroscopy when they were upper disgestive tract patients.Results:734 of 1236 ROU patients had upper disgestive tract symptoms and 120 were upper disgestive tract patients.414 of 734 upper disgestive tract symptoms persons were upper disgestive tract patients.Atotal of 534(42.96%)in ROU group and 104(41.58%)in the control group were upper disgestive tract disease patients and provided a statistical significance(P<0.01).Conclusion:It is indicated that the relationship between ROU and upper disgestive tract disease is close clinically. [
