西太湖流域浮游动物群落结构及分布调查研究 被引量:12

摘要 2010年6至7月,对西太湖流域113个河流断面进行了浮游动物采样调查。浮游动物经鉴定共有38种,其中,轮虫6科15属29种,桡足类4科4属4种,枝角类4科5属5种。流入西太湖的河流上游农业区浮游动物多样性最小,中游城市工业及生活区浮游动物多样性有所增加,下游濒临太湖区域浮游动物多样性明显增大。采用生物多样性指数与生物指示法评价了流域内水质状况、生态系统稳定性。西太湖流域水环境质量优劣顺序为:下游濒临太湖区、中游城市区、上游农业区。 The paper is inclined to introduce our investigation find- ings of the distribution of the zooplankton community and their inhabi- tation status in the West Taihu Lake basin. As is known, the zoo- plankton plays a pivotal role in the sustainable survival of the aquatic ecosystem and the global biogeochemical circulation. Zooplankton is by nature the prey of all the fish, and grazer of primary production. Besides, it also plays an essential role in keeping up the carbon and nitritioal chain circulation. The zooplankton community includes dy- namically the growth, mortality, distribution, diversity and the vari- ety of ecosystem. In the meantime, the zooplankton dynamics can bring about great influence on the environmental change. It has been reported that zooplankton is an important constituent part of the bio- logical productivity and food chain in the lake.. However, the water environment of Taihu Lake has been deteriorated for the recent decades, which has in turn contributed to the decline of the ecologi- cal biodiversity in the lake and brought about negative influence on the sustainable survival of local people, which aroused wide concern for the local water environment. Starting from the above said need, we have done systematic investigation of the status quo of the zoo- plankton in the river system of the West Taihu Lake basin from June to July of 2010. At the same time, we have done a case study by choosing 113 sampling points in the region, which we have divided into 37 districts, with 38 species of zooplankton discovered in all the districts, of which 29 species belong to 15 genera of 5 families. And 4 species of Rotifera were found to belong to the 4 genera of 4 families of Copepoda, while 5 species were found to belong to the 4 genera of 5 families of Cladocera. In addition, it has been detected that the biodiversity of zooplankton in the upstream farming area of West Taihu Lake proves to be the lowest, though that in the downstream region of the Lake tends to be increasing significantly.
