摘要
为避免隧道施工空气中的有害气体和粉尘危害施工人员健康,利用PortaSens II气体检测仪和激光粉尘仪分别对隧道施工中的主要有害气体和粉尘进行现场测试,根据测试数据对施工通风效果进行评价,对通风存在的缺陷进行完善。油竹山隧道空气质量测试结果显示,隧道施工第1、2阶段通风效果良好,第3阶段粉尘质量浓度超标。针对粉尘超标,在隧道产生粉尘最多的掌子面附近增设干式空气除尘机。增设除尘机后的掌子面附近粉尘测试数据显示,除尘机开启120s后,空气中的粉尘质量浓度由初始的75mg/m3下降到3mg/m3,空气质量达到隧道施工环境标准。隧道施工中,增设空气除尘的通风系统可有效保证洞内空气质量;在污风出口采取喷洒水雾、加强绿化等措施可减轻排出的污风对隧道周围环境的污染。
The paper is aimed at improving the ventilation measures based on the air quality test results in tunnel construction. We have tested the main harmful gases and dust separately using PortaSens II gas detector and laser dust monitor in order to prevent the hazardous effects of poisonous gases and dust to the workers during tunnel con- struction. According to the field test data in tunnel, we have evaluat- ed the tunnel ventilation effect, and improved ventilation measures. The poisonous gases, including CO, SO2, H2S, and dust were tested in locations nearby the working face of the tunnel, near trolley, inlet connection, tunnel portal, transverse channel department and so on. All of those field tests have been carried out in the condition of running ventilation system and normal construction of tunnel. The air quality test results of Youzhushan Tunnel showed that better ventilation took place at the first and second stages, but dust content was exceeding the control standard of tunnel environment at the third stage. Dealing to the problem, a duster was added to the high dust concentration section in working face, in order to ensure the com- liance of air quality to the control standard of tunnel environment. Af- ter adding the dust removal machine, the dust content was tested nearby the working face when concrete spraying. The test data showed that the initial value of 75 mg/m3 in working face was de- creased to 3 mg/m3 after the operation of duster for about 120 sec- onds. Under the condition of original ventilation, the air quality in tunnel became worse as the length of tunnel increased. The poisonous gases in tunnel can basically be reduced down to concentration within allowable range, but the dust content still exceeded its allowable con- centration. The test data showed that the duster has high efficiency to centralized treatment of dust and the air quality of working face has been improved greatly in tunnel construction.
