摘要
目的探讨心理干预对腰椎间盘突出症患者的影响。方法将我院近期70例腰椎间盘突出症患者随机分为干预组(35例)和对照组(35例),对照组实施一般护理,干预组在此基础上,加强相应的心理干预措施,采用抑郁自评量表(SDS)和焦虑自评量表(SAS)评定两组患者抑郁、焦虑情况;采用护理满意度测评量表评价两组护理满意度。结果心理干预后干预组的抑郁、焦虑评分(SDS和SAS)较对照组(SDS和SAS)改善明显,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05,P<0.01);干预组患者护理满意度评分为3.55±0.19,对照组为2.91±0.12,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论通过对腰椎间盘突出症患者进行心理干预,可以明显改善患者心理状态,使其以最佳的心态接受手术,提高了护理满意度,对治疗效果有所促进。
Objective To probe into the influence of psychological intervention on sufferers with protrusion of lumbar intervertebral disc. Methods 70 sufferers with protrusion of lumbar intervertebral disc recently admitted to our sanatorium were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group with 35 in each group.The control group were given ordinary nursing while the treatment group were given corresponding psychological intervention as well as ordinary nursing. SDS and SAS were adopted to assess the status of depression and anxiety in the two groups.Nursing satisfaction measurement scale was adopted to assess the nursing satisfaction in the two groups. Results Compared with the control group, the treatment group after intervention clearly improved in the scores of SDS and SAS, and the differences were of statistical significance（P〈0.05, P〈0.01）.The nursing satisfaction score of the treatment group was 3.55± 0.19 while it was 2.9l± 0.12 in the control group, and the differences were of statistical significance（P〈 0.05）.Conclusion Psychological intervention on sufferers with protrusion of lumbar intervertebral disc can obviously improve their psychological states so that they can go under the knife with best psychology, thus to increase the nursing satisfaction and promote the therapeutic effects.
