摘要
目的探讨大豆皂甙对糖尿病大鼠心、肝、肾组织细胞酶活性的影响。方法以Wistar雄性大鼠为研究对象,将实验动物分为三组即对照组、糖尿病模型组和大豆皂甙给药组,三组动物分别每日给予生理盐水、生理盐水、大豆皂甙(SS,10mg/Kg)灌胃3个月,然后处死取心、肝、肾组织,采用日本日立牌7150型生化自动分析仪检测。结果检测心肌组织可见GOT、GPT、GLDH、ICDH、CK值在对照组、大豆皂甙给药组和糖尿病模型组呈递减趋势(P<0.01),LDH、HBDH、LAP、AKP在组间无显著性差异(P>0.01)。检测肝组织糖尿病模型组与对照组、大豆皂甙给药组比较GOT、GPT显著升高(P<0.01),对照组与大豆皂甙给药组无显著差异(P>0.01);大豆皂甙给药组与对照组、糖尿病模型组比较LDH、HBDH、LAP和ICDH明显降低(P<0.01),对照组与糖尿病模型组无显著差异(P>0.01)。检测肾组织可见GOT、LAP、ICDH、CK值在对照组、大豆皂甙给药组和糖尿病模型组呈递减趋势(P<0.01),GPT、GLDH、LDH、HBDH在组间无显著性差异(P>0.01)。结论大豆皂甙对糖尿病大鼠心、肝、肾组织细胞酶代谢有显著影响,从而对糖尿病大鼠的心、肝、肾有一定的保护作用。
Objective To explore the effect of soybean saponin on heart,liver and kidney tissue activity role on diabetic rats.Methods Male Wistar rats were randomly divided into control group,diabetic model group and ss treatment group,the rats in three groups were given daily saline,daily saline,ss(10mg·Kg-1)orally three month,then they were executed,heart,liver and kidney was obtained,by Japan Hitachi 7150 type biochemical analyzer detection.Rrsults :The detected myocardial tissue visible GOT,GPT,GLDH,ICDH,CK values in the control group,ss treatment group and diabetic model group showed a decreaseing trend(P0.01),of LDH,HBDH,LAP,AKP group without siginificantly with differences(P0.01).Liver tissue were detected diabetic model group and control group,ss treatment group GOT and GPT siginificantly with increased(P0.01),and control group with ss treatment group no siginificant forward difference(P0.01),ss treatment group with control group,diabetic model group LDH,HBDH,LAP and ICDH decreased significantly(P0.01),control group and diabetic model group was no siginificantly difference(P0.01).GOT,LAP,ICDH,CK values in the control group,ss treatment group and diabetic model group was decreased(P0.01),GPT,GLDH,LDH,HBDH in renel tissue was detected visible in the group without siginificantly with differences(P0.01).Conclusion The soyasaponins diabetic rat heart,liverand kidney tissue metabolic enzymes have a significant impact,which the diabetic rat heart,liverand kidney protection.
