摘要
设定值切换(Setpoint exchange)功能是西门子公司新开发的一项工艺功能,通过PLC条件调用,一套伺服电机及驱动装置在不同条件下能够分别激活不同的NC参数,实现一套伺服电机及驱动装置在不同条件下驱动不同的NC轴。文中基于数控铣镗床无电机式平旋盘功能附件特殊控制需求,应用西门子数控系统设定值切换功能实现镗轴与平旋盘滑块轴的切换,详细介绍了该功能的原理、电气匹配设定及程序控制开发方法。
The function of setpoint exchange is a craft function that Siemens Company develops lately, the function can activate different NC parameters under different conditions through PLC condition to condition calling, a set of servomotor and driving device, allowing a set of servomotor and driving device to drive different NC axis under the different condition. Based on the special control requirements of CNC milling-boring machine with facing head attachment without motor type, the paper applied setpoint exchange function of Siemens number controls system to carry out the exchange of boring spindle and slider axis, and introduced the principle, electrical match setting and program control development method of the function in detail.
