摘要
蛋白质是生物体内最重要的组成成分之一,是生物功能的主要体现者和执行者,多数蛋白质都是与其它蛋白质相互作用才能执行生物功能,本文主要是着手对研究蛋白质相互作用的问题所采用的方法进行总结,通过对蛋白质相互作用研究的特征选择问题、相互作用的分类问题、所使用的分类器的设计问题,三个方面着手,进行分析。并思考提出自己的研究方法。
Protein is one of the most important components in living body. It is the main embodiment and implementation of the biological functions. The majority of proteins are interaction with other proteins to perform biological functions . This article is mainly to study protein - protein interaction problems, and summarizes the methods used to this study. It analyzes three aspects about the problem of feature selection, the kinds of interaction, the designs of the classifier based on the protein interaction studies. And thinks about own research method.
