摘要
介绍了国内外针刺机的发展现状和针刺机构的主要形式,分析了主轴箱式针刺机存在的主轴箱体积过大、主轴箱漏油等问题,并提出了相应的技术改进方案及创新设计。
The development situation of needle-punching machine and the main needle-punch structure were presented at home and abroad. The principal axis box machine＇ s problems, such as the size is too big and oil leaking were analyzed. Some technology improvement schemes and innovative designs were put forward.
