悬臂组合梁大挠度弯曲的挠度分析 被引量:3

摘要 目前,在两种材料组合梁弯曲变形研究中,通常假设两子梁轴线的挠度相等,然而,实际情况并非如此。基于梁的大挠度弯曲理论,分别研究了悬臂非连接叠梁和悬臂完全连接组合梁在端部力偶作用下的弯曲,考察了两子梁轴线的挠度,揭示了子梁轴线挠度的差异。结果表明:组合梁小挠度弯曲的两子梁挠度相等,而对于组合梁的大挠度弯曲,两子梁挠度并不相等;子梁自由端处的挠度差随着端部弯曲力偶的增加而增加,随着子梁刚度比的增加而减少。并且,对于悬臂非连接叠梁,其下部子梁的挠度大于上部子梁的挠度,而对于悬臂完全连接组合梁,其下部子梁的挠度小于上部子梁的挠度。 It is assumed that the deflections at the axial lines of the tow sub-beams are equivalent in the bending behavior of the bi-material composite beam. Nevertheless, it is not true in reality. Based on theo-ry of the large deflection bending of beam, the bendings of the cantilever non-connected composite beam and the cantilever complete connected composite beam subjected to a bending couple at the free end were investigated, respectively. The deflections at the axial lines of the two sub-beams were examined, and the differences between them were revealed. It was shown that the deflections of the two sub-beams are e- quivalent with each other only in the case of the small deflection bending of the composite beam, while they are not equal in the large deflection bending of the composite beam. The deflection differences of the sub-beams at the free end are increased with the bending couple increasing, and decreased with the stiff-ness ratio increasing. Furthermore, for the cantilever non-connected composite beam, the deflection of the bottom sub-beam is larger than that of the top sub-beam, while, for the cantilever complete connected composite beam, the deflection of the bottom sub-beam is less than that of the top sub-beam.
