多花含笑的花部数量变异研究 被引量:1

摘要 为了更好地掌握多花含笑花部数量特征及其变异的特点,采用直接计数和数理统计的方法对昆明树木园内随机采集的9株多花含笑54朵花进行了花部数量观察和分析。结果表明,花枝节间、花序梗和花梗的数量无变异,均为1节,花梗缩短不明显;花被片、花被片分轮、最内轮花被片、其他轮花被片、雄蕊和心皮的数量有变异,花被片9~17片,3~5轮,最内轮1~5片,其他轮3~5片;雄蕊39~70枚,心皮19~46枚。其中,最内轮花被片数的变异系数最大,达到51.20%;其他轮花被片数的变异系数最小,为13.87%。多花含笑花部数量变异主要发生在株间,该研究结果为优良观赏单株存在的可能性及其选择提供了科学依据。 The floral numerical variation of 54 flowers from 9 plants of Michelia floribunda in Kunming Arboretum were observed. The results show that the numbers of fewer floral parts are not varied and those with more floral parts are varied. There is no numerical variation in floral brachyblast internodes, peduncle and pedicle and average is one. The numbers of tepals, tepal whorls, the innermost whoa tepals, other whorl tepals, stamens and carpels are varied. The numbers of tepals are from 9 to 17, those of tepal whorls from 3 to 5, those of the innermost whorl re- pals from 1 to 5, those of other whorl tepals from 3 to 5, those of stamens from 39 to 70 and those of carpels from 19 to 46. The most coefficient of variance is 51.20% which belongs to the numbers of the innermost whoa tepals, and the least one is 13.87% which belongs to the numbers of other whoa tepals.
