摘要
为了制备一种性能优良的含氟阴离子交换膜,选择聚偏氟乙烯(PVDF)膜为基膜,依次经过碱处理、化学接枝氯甲基苯乙烯(VBC)及季铵化反应得到PVDF基阴离子交换膜.采用电化学、化学、红外光谱(IR)和热失重(TGA)分析方法分别对膜面电阻、阴离子选择透过率、离子交换容量(IEC)、膜基团变化和热稳定性进行分析.结果表明:PVDF基阴离子交换膜具有较好的综合性能,面电阻为1.4Ω.cm2,阴离子选择透过率为93.2%,IEC为1.17 mmol.g-1干膜.PVDF基膜经各步处理后,依次生成含双键碱处理PVDF膜、PVDF-g-VBC膜和季铵盐型PVDF基阴离子交换膜,各处理膜热稳定性依次下降,PVDF基阴离子交换膜使用温度不高于130℃.该方法成功制备了具有较好性能的含氟PVDF基阴离子交换膜.
In order to fabricate a fluoro-containing anion-exchange membrane with good properties,the poly vinylidene fluoride(PVDF) membrane was chosen as the substrate membrane,and then was subjected to the alkaline treatment,chemical grafting with vinylbenzyl chloride(VBC) and quaternary amination reaction respectively to obtain PVDF based anion-exchange membrane.The electrochemical and chemical methods,infrared spectroscopy(IR) and thermogravimetry analysis(TGA) were used to characterize the area resistance,anionic selective transmittance,ion exchange content(IEC),membrane group change and thermal stability,respectively.The results show that the PVDF based anion-exchange membrane exhibits good comprehensive properties with area resistance of 1.4 Ω · cm2,anionic selective transmittance of 93.2%,and IEC of 1.17 mmol · g-1.After several treatments for PVDF substrate membrane,the alkaline treated PVDF membrane with conjugated C = C bonds,PVDF-g-VBC membrane and quaternary amination PVDF based anion-exchange membrane generate successively.The thermal stability of above-mentioned treated membranes decreases successively.The operating temperature of PVDF based anion-exchange membrane should be below 130 ℃.The fluoro-containing PVDF based anion-exchange membrane with good properties can be successfully prepared with the proposed method.
