十二指肠损伤的处理(附37例临床分析)

摘要 对我院1970年底至1998年底收治的37例不同程度的十二指肠损伤病人进行回顾分析,对其诊治经验和教训进行总结。 1 临床资料 1.1 一般资料 本组37例中男35例,女2例,年龄5～42岁,平均24.6岁。其中钝性损伤(闭合伤)33例(89.2％),包括交通事故30例,高处跌落伤2例,挤压伤1例。锐器伤(开放伤)4例(10.8％),包括刀刺伤3例,钢筋刺伤1例。
