摘要
文章分析了电力系统业务的同步需求和现有的时间同步技术,指出现有部分电力系统业务的同步精度需要更精确的时间同步系统。然后引入能达到亚微秒级对时精度的1588时间同步技术,可以彻底满足新型数字化变电站高精度时钟同步指标要求。最后探讨了1588时钟信号在以OTN+PTN为技术体制的下一代电力骨干网中的应用,阐述了在电力系统中通过有线同步来替代GPS同步的可行性。
This paper first analyzes the requirements of power system service synchronization and the existing time synchronization techniques,points out that the accuracy of existing power system service synchronization needs more precise time synchronization system.Then it puts forward the 1588 time synchronization system which could support sub-microsecond level of accuracy.This system can satisfy the requirements of high accuracy time synchronization for new digital substation.Finally it discusses the application of 1588 clock signal in the next generation of power backbone network based on the techniques of OTN and PTN,presents the feasibility of wired synchronization replacing GPS synchronization in the power system.
