摘要
通过对关键知情人访谈和典型案例分析等方法,系统分析上海市闸北区探索功能社区卫生服务的主要模式和做法,明确其核心要素和发展方向,探讨发展中所面临的关键问题和挑战,从服务模式、筹资补偿、管理运行和卫生人力等方面提出完善功能社区卫生服务的政策建议。
This study was to analyze the model of the basic health service on functional community in Zhabei Dis- trict of Shanghai City by the key informant interview and typical case analysis. It was also to define the core ele- ments and the development direction of functional community health service, and to explore the key issues and chal- lenges, in order to provide policy recommendations to improve the functional community health service from the as- pects of service model, financing and compensation mechanism, management system and operation mechanism and health workforce.
