摘要
目的 :评价长期配戴角膜接触镜对角膜内皮细胞的影响。方法 :将配戴角膜接触镜超过 5年以上的患者根据不同的戴镜种类分成四组 ,每组又以年龄划分为亚组 ( 2 0~ 6 0岁 ,每十岁一组 ) ,与相应年龄段的无戴镜史的人群比较。使用 Konan SP- 80 0 0角膜内皮细胞显微镜测量和计算角膜内皮细胞密度 ( CD) ,角膜内皮细胞面积变异系数 ( CV)和六角形细胞频率 ( 6 A( % ) )。结果 :PMMA镜片、低含水量软性镜片和低 Dk值 RGP镜片对角膜内皮细胞均有副作用 ,尤其对于年轻的配戴者 ,低 Dk值 RGP的影响要小于前两者。高Dk值 RGP镜片对角膜内皮细胞没有显著影响。结论 :为保证角膜内皮细胞的健康 。
Objective:To evaluate long term effects of contact lens wear on the corneal endothelium.Methods:Patients wearing contact lenses for more than 5 years were divided into four groups according to four types of contact lenses studied. In each group subjects were divided by age (20~60 years by decades) and matched with those of the same age group that had no contact lens wearing history. A Konan SP-8000 Specular Microscope was used to measure and calculate endothelia cell density (CD), coefficient of endothelial cell size variation (CV) and frequency of hexagonal cells (6A(%)).Results:PMMA, low-water-content SCL and low-Dk RGP have negative effects on the endothelium, especially at a young age. The effect of low-Dk RGP was less than those of PMMA and low-water-content SCL. High-Dk RGP shows no significant effect on the endothelium.Conclusion:Contact lens patients and candidates should be fit with lenses of high oxygen transmissibility.[FK(WB80011。6]
