摘要
在三聚氰胺脲醛树脂(MUF)中添加膨胀型阻燃剂制备膨胀型阻燃三聚氰胺脲醛树脂(IFR-MUF),将其涂覆于中密度纤维板(MDF)表面,利用锥形量热仪(CONE)评价其阻燃性能,并分析MUF树脂中M/U和F/(M+U)摩尔比对IFR-MUF阻燃性能的影响。锥形量热仪评价结果表明:表面涂覆IFR-MUF后,MDF的引燃时间显著延长,释热速率、释热总量、有效燃烧热、平均质量损失速率等均显著降低,说明IFR-MUF对MDF具有良好的阻燃作用。分析结果表明,IFR-MUF的阻燃性能与MUF中三聚氰胺与尿素摩尔比(M/U)、甲醛与三聚氰胺和尿素摩尔比(F/(M+U))有一定关系,即表现为在M/U高摩尔比以及F/(M+U)低摩尔比情况下的阻燃性能不理想。
The intumescent flame-retarded melamine modified u- rea-formaldehyde resin (IFR-MUF) was prepared by adding the intumescent flame retardant (IFR)to the melamine modified u- rea formaldehyde resin (MUF) in this experiment, the flame retardancy of it was evaluated with cone calorimeter (CONE) when coated on the surface of medium density fiberboard (MDF), and effects of the mole ratio of M/U and F/(M^U) on the flame retardancy of the IFR-MUF were studied. The Cone calorimeter data showed that the time to ignition(TTI) was significantly prolonged, in addition, heat release rate (HRR), total heat released (THR), effective heat of combus- tion(HOC)and the average mass loss rate were all decreased significantly when the MDF was coated with the IFR-MUF, which showed that the IFR-MUF had more effective in retar- ding flame for the MDF. The analysis results showed that the flame retardancy of IFR-MUF has relation to the F/(M+ U) and M/U, namely the {lame retardancy under the condition of the high M/U molar ratio and low F/(M+U) molar ratio was not ideal.
