摘要
建立了铝粉-空气管内爆轰的二维两相模型.根据守恒元-求解元的思想,构造了铝粉燃烧转爆轰过程的数值计算格式.采用此格式研究了铝粉尘爆轰管内流场,分析了爆轰管内径向与轴向的压力效应、温度以及颗粒相粒径和气相组份的变化.讨论了铝粉/空气燃烧波在爆轰管内碰撞、反射对转爆轰过程的影响.结果表明,爆轰管内火焰阵面和压力阵面能很好地耦合,爆轰管内铝粉和空气能够形成自持传播的爆轰波.本文的数值计算结果对铝粉尘爆轰研究具有理论指导意义.
Two-dimension two-phase model of aluminum dust-air detonation was created, A numerical scheme for deflagration-to-detonation transition process of aluminum dust was induced according to the theory of CE/SE method. The internal flow-field of aluminum-dust detonation tube was studied by CE/SE method. Pressure effect,changes of temperature and particle size were analyzed in the detonation tube. The influence of crash and reflex of aluminum dust-air combustion wave in the tube on explosion process was discussed. The numerical results show that wave fronts of temperature and pressure are coupled well in the detonation tube. Detonation wave formed by aluminum and air can spread themselves. The results provide some theoretical foundation for aluminum-dust detonation research.
