摘要
目的观察授权教育对冠心病支架植入术患者自我管理能力的影响。方法对49例冠心病支架植入术患者进行授权教育,并随访3月,采用冠心病自我管理量表在授权教育前和教育3月后对患者进行测评。结果授权教育后,患者的冠心病自我管理量表各维度评分均明显高于教育前(P<0.05)。结论授权教育能提高冠心病支架植入术患者的自我管理能力。
Objective To observe the effect of empowerment education on self--management ability for patients undergoing intracoronary stent implantation. Method 49 patients undergoing intracoronary stent implantation receive empowerment education and then receive follow--up interview for 3 months. Assess patients by self--management scale on intracor- onary before education and 3 months after education. Result There is significant difference on scores of all dimensions of intracoronary scale before and after education for patients (P〈0. 05). Conclusion Empowerment education can improve the self--management ability for patients undergoing intracoronary stent implantation.
