摘要
通过对白刺花营养成分测定,白刺花叶片干物质粗蛋白含量33.63%~37.37%,粗脂肪含量2.50%~3.89%。白刺花茎干物质粗蛋白、粗脂肪含量相对叶片要低,分别为28.38%~33.48%、1.90%~2.68%。白刺花叶片和茎干物质含多种维生素,如维生素C、β-胡萝卜素和维生素D3等,但未含维生素B1和维生素E。在氨基酸含量方面,叶片干物质中氨基酸总含量10.28%~18.96%,叶片干物质中必需氨基酸占总氨基酸百分比以4月份最高,达37.29%。结果表明,白刺花叶片和茎具有较高的饲用价值。
Based on the determination of nutritive componenfs of Sophora viciifolia, the content of crude protein is 33.63 % - 37.37% and the con- tent of crude fat is 2.50% - 3.89% in leaves of dry matter of Sophora Viciifolia. Content of crude protein and crude fat is more lower in stems dry matter of Sophora vieiifolia than in leaves of dry matter , It is respectively 28.38% - 33.48% and 1.90% N 2.68%. There are also a variety of vitamins in So- phora Viciifolia stems and soft leaves, such as vitamin C,β -carotene and vitamin D3 , etc, but there are not vitamin B1 and vitamin E. Concerning the a- mino acid content, the total amino acid content is 10.28% ~ 18.96% in leaves of dry matter. Essential amino acids to total amino acid in Leaf dry mat- ter, the highest percentage is 37.29% in April . The results indicated that there are abundant nutrients in stems and soft Leaves, and Sophora Viciifolia has high feeding value.
