摘要
本文提出一种用于液压马达耐久性试验的功率回馈式试验系统的设计方案。该设计方案的特点在于利用液压泵的恒压变量特性使其能够适应性的自动调整其排量,以满足试验系统功率回馈的排量匹配要求。同时通过调节恒压变量泵的拐点压力设定值的方式来控制系统的工作压力,从而保证被试液压马达的测试压力要求。
A testing system scheme with power recycle for hydraulic motors' durability is presented. A displacement variant hydraulic pump with constant pressure character is adopted in the system which can adaptively adjust its displacement to meet the matching demand of the displacements in the power recycling system. The working pressure of the motor is set by adjusting pressure at the critical point of the c,h^cteristic curve of the pump.
