摘要
目的观察具有自动房室(AV)间期搜索功能的双腔起搏器减少心室起搏的有效性及安全性。方法对两种DDD/R起搏器90例(有搜索功能44例,无搜索功能46例)患者术后1年内随访观察。结果有搜索功能组术后1、3、6个月右室起搏率明显小于无搜索功能组(22±6)%与(79±12)%,(19±7)%与(78±8)%,(19±8)%与(79±8)%,P均<0.05。两组起搏参数及患者心功能分级均无明显差异。随访期间未出现AV搜索功能障碍等情况。结论有AV搜索功能双腔起搏器可减少非必需的心室起搏,安全可靠。
Objective To observe the efficacy of reducing ventricular pacing, and the safety of dual-chamber pacemakers with atrioventricular interval automatic search function （AV search function）. Methods A 6-month follow-up was conducted in 90 patients implanted with two types of DDD/R pacemakers （44 eases with AV search, 46 cases with non-AV search）. Re- suits Compared with that in patients in non-AV search DDD/R group, ventricular pacing de- creased significantly in patients implanted with AV search pacemakers 1, 3 and 6 months after implantation （22 ±6）% vs （79 ±12）%, （19 ±7）% vs （78 ±8）%, （19 ±8）% vs （79± 8） % , P 〈 0.05. No significant difference was found in pacing parameters and cardiac func- tions between the two groups and no AV search problems occurred during the follow-up. Conclusion Dual-ehamber pacemakers with AV search is safe and can reduce unnecessary ventricular pacing.
