摘要
以‘通豆1号,为母本,‘苏豆4号'为父本,经过有性杂交,采用系谱法育成高产优质淮南夏大豆新品种‘通豆8号,。2006-2009年江苏省淮南夏大豆区域试验中,‘通豆8号'平均产量2 586.4 kg/hm^2,较对照‘南农88-31,增产8.36%;2009年生产试验平均产量2 935.1 kg/hm^2,较对照‘南农88-31'增产5.26%;该品种生育期117 d,有效分枝3.4个,单株结荚60.8个,每荚1.7粒,百粒重19.9 g,粗蛋白含量40.90%,粗脂肪含量16.70%,抗倒伏性强,中抗大豆花叶病毒病SC3株系,适宜在江苏省淮南地区及周边相似生态区作夏大豆种植。
A new summer soybean variety, ' Tongdou 8', was bred through crossing between ' Tong- dou 1 ' (female parent)and 'Sudou 4' (male parent)and using a pedigree method. The average yields of 'Tongdou 8' in the regional summer soybean test of Jiangsu's Huainan area between 2006- 2009 and in the production test in 2009 were respectively 2 586.4 and 2 935.1 kg/hm2 ,increasing respectively by 8.36% and 5.26% over those of the control 'Nannong 88-31 '. The variety 'Tongdou 8' was 117 d in growth period,3.4 in effective branches per plant, 60.8 in pods per plant, 1.7 in grains per pod, and 19.9 g in 100-grain weight. Its crude protein and crude fat contents were 40.90% and 16.70% respec- tively. The variety showed a high lodging resistance and a moderate resistance to soybean mosaic virus SC3 strains,and was suitable for planting in Jiangsu's Huainan area and surrounding similar ecotopes.
