摘要
当前我国正在进行服务型政府建设,对高校行政管理专业的人才培养提出了新的要求。民族类院校行政管理专业的人才培养要结合我国少数民族地区的需要和行政管理专业学生的特质,明确培养目标,不断探索满足我国服务型政府建设的培养模式。
At present, our country is building a service-oriented government and puts forward new and higher requirements for training the administrative management professionals for our country＇ s colleges and universities. Administrative management personnel training for the nationalities colleges should be combined with the need of national minority areas and the characteristics of the students who major in administrative management profession, work out clear cultivation objectives and continue to explore the training modes to meet the construction of serviceoriented government in China.
