摘要
零件弯板9是推土机后桥的重要零件之一,结构为两道相连圆弧组成的大S型弯曲件,成型精度直接影响后桥组焊件的精度。采用通用压型模具极难完成该零件的成型工序。如果设计制造专用模具,设计制造周期较长,尤其是在新产品试制阶段,严重影响新产品的试制进度。该项研究通过将复杂的成型面转化为多片切割型面,较好的解决了该零件的成型问题,研究了一种快速的简易模具,解决了该类零件的成型难题。
The parts bending plate 9 is one of the important parts for bulldozer rear axle,its structure is a big S type bending parts composed of two connected arcs and forming precision affects the accuracy of the compound rear axle parts directly.It is very difficult to complete the parts forming process taking the universal pressure type die.If designing and manufacring special mould,the design and manufacturing cycle is too long,especially in the new product development phase and affects the new product development progress seriously.The study is taking a measure which transforming the complex formed surface to pieces of cutting type surface,that is a good way to solve the problems of forming parts,and a kind of fast-simple mould is necessary to solve the problems of forming for such parts.
