摘要
目的:探讨分析补中益气丸合六味地黄丸治疗隐匿性肾炎的临床疗效。方法:选取我院于2001年4月～2011年3月收治的72例隐匿性肾炎患者,随机分成对照组与实验组,两组人数均为36人。对照组接受补中益气丸治疗,实验组接受补中益气合六味地黄丸治疗,观察其临床疗效。结果:对照组与实验组治疗前后的差值比较均有显著性差异(P<0.05),所有患者所接受的治疗均有较为明显的效果。对照组临床控制9例,显效8例,有效7例,无效12例,总有效率66.7%;实验组临床控制12例,显效10例,有效9例,无效5例,总有效率86.1%,两组患者的差值比较均有显著性差异(P<0.05),实验组明显优于对照组。结论:补中益气丸合六味地黄丸治疗隐匿性肾炎疗效显著,在临床上值得推广。
Objective：To investigate the clinical effect of Buzhong Yiqi pills plus Liuwei Dihuang pills in treating latent glomerulonephritis.Methods：72 patients with latent glomerulonephritis came to our hospital during April 2001 to March 2011 were randomly divided into the control group and the experimental group.There were 36 patients in each group.The control group was treated with Buzhong Yiqi pills while the experimental group was treated by Buzhong Yiqi pills plus Liuwei Dihuang pills.The clinical effects of the two groups were observed.Results：The difference between the before and after treatment of the control group and the experimental group was statistically significant（P0.05）and all the cases all obviously effective.9 cases of the control group were clinically controlled,8 cases were obviously effective,7 cases were effective,12 cases were invalid,the effective rate was 66.7%;12 cases of the control group were clinically controlled,10 cases were obviously effective,9 cases were effective,5 cases were invalid,the effective rate was 86.1%.The difference between the control group and the experimental group was statistically significant（P0.05）and the experimental group was obviously better than the control group.Conclusion：Buzhong Yiqi pills plus Liuwei Dihuang pills has a significant effect in treating latent glomerulonephritis and it is worthy of the promotion in the clinical work.
