摘要
介绍了双强少油点火燃烧器的工作原理和系统组成,结合该燃烧器在国华港电2037t/h锅炉的应用情况,分别从原理、系统完善、运行方式、运行控制策略、运行初期发生的问题和对锅炉氧化膜集中脱落影响等方面浅析了该燃烧器的特点和运行特性,为火电锅炉点火燃烧器节能技术的广泛应用提供了宝贵的经验。
This paper introduces the working principle and system composition of the strong double less ignition burner, combined with the burner in GuoHua Power someone plant attached two 2037 t/h boilers, the application of respectively from the principle, system perfect and commissioning analyzed the characteristics of the burner and operation characteristic. This paper also raised the measure and aspect of oxide film control which has provided valuable experience for other Units.
