摘要
采用HPLC法对60份甘蓝材料球叶中的硫甙组分和含量进行了研究,共检测到8种硫甙成分,包含5种脂肪族硫甙(3-甲基硫氧丙基硫甙、2-羟基-3-丁烯基硫甙、4-甲基亚磺酰丁基硫甙、2-丙烯基硫甙和3-丁烯基硫甙),3种吲哚族硫甙(4-羟基-3-吲哚-甲基硫甙、3-吲哚-甲基硫甙、4-甲氧基-3-吲哚-甲基硫甙).3-甲基硫氧丙基硫甙和3-吲哚-甲基硫甙是甘蓝硫甙的主要组分,约占总硫甙含量的59%.总硫甙含量在6.822~45.379μmol/g(DW)之间,总脂肪族硫甙含量在2.362~34.036μmol/g(DW)之间,总吲哚族硫甙含量在2.382~24.110μmol/g(DW)之间.
HPLC was employed to identify the glucosinolate profile and accumulation in the leaves of 60 cabbage accessions. A total of 8 types of glucosinolates were detected, including 5 aliphatic glucosinolates (IBE, PRO, RAA, SIN and NAP), and 3 indolic glucosinolates (4OH, GBC and 4ME). The contents of total glucosinolates, total aliphatic glucosinolates and total indolic glucosinolates ranged from 6. 822 to 45. 379 μmol/g (DW), 2. 362 to 34. 036 μmol/g (DW), and 2. 382 to 24. 110 amol/g (DW). respectively.
